If you've never tried us, the RM45 First Ride is the no-brainer answer. After that, most riders settle into the 10-Class Pack for the flexibility, or jump to Unlimited 8 if they're riding 2+ times a week.
Single classes: 30 days. 10-Pack: 90 days. 20-Pack: 180 days. Unlimited memberships roll monthly. Annual passes are valid for 12 months from purchase. We don't issue refunds for unused credits, but we'll happily extend in case of medical emergencies — just contact us.
Class packs are tied to individual accounts and aren't transferable. But our 10-Pack and above include free Friend Bring-Along passes, so you can bring buddies for free. The Annual pass includes 4 friend passes per month.
Cancel a class booking up to 8 hours before and your credit returns to your account. Cancel inside that window and you forfeit the credit. For monthly memberships, you can cancel anytime — just notify us before your next billing date. Full details in the Terms.
No. The price you see is what you pay — including SST where applicable. There's no joining fee, no signup fee, and no charge for shoes, towels or water (those are always included). Late-cancellation fees are clearly explained above.
Yes — Unlimited members can freeze their membership for up to 30 days per calendar year, no questions asked. Useful for travel, illness or just life. Manage freezes from your Member Area or contact reception.
Visa, Mastercard, FPX (online banking), GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Memberships are auto-billed via card. Card details are processed by our payment gateway and never stored on our servers — see the Privacy Policy.
Yes — verified students, healthcare workers, teachers and emergency services personnel get 20% off all packs and memberships. Bring a valid ID to reception or email us a photo via the contact form and we'll set up your discount.
