01 How to book a Ride? +
  1. Click on LOG IN or SIGN UP and create an account
  2. Buy a package
  3. Go to schedule and click on a session you would like to join
  4. Click on the seating plan to select which bike you want
  5. Click reserve my seat
  6. You will receive a notification email, confirming your session
  7. See you in studio!
  • If you would like to cancel your session, please click on cancel at least 2 hours before your session.
  • Any cancellations made 2 hours or less before the session will result in a credit forfeit.
  • Credits are not transferable.
  • One bike booking per session.
02 Can I share/transfer my package? +

All packages are non-refundable & non-transferable/non-shareable.

03 How does your booking schedule work? +

The classes will be released for booking one week before the class.

04 What is your cancellation policy? +

If you would like to cancel your session, please click on cancel at least 8 hours before your session.

Any cancellations made 2 hours or less before the session will result in a credit forfeit.

05 What about cancelling my waitlist spot? +

If you’re still on the waitlist, you can cancel your spot anytime.

07 What happens if I'm late? +

We recommend that you come 15 minutes earlier to check in. When the class has started, the doors are closed. If the reserved class has been running for 15 minutes, you will be strictly denied entry to the class, and your credit will be considered used.

08 What should I wear for class? +
  • Come dressed in comfortable workout gear or active wear including socks.
  • Socks are available for purchase at our reception desk.
  • Small towels will be provided for each class.
  • Filtered water is provided
