First time on a spin bike? Coming back after a break? Unity Ride is your front door. Lower intensity, longer cues, and a coach who'll walk you through every position. By the third song you'll forget you ever felt nervous.

What to expect.

Never spun before? No problem. Here's exactly how your first 90 minutes at Fitcycle will go — from arrival to high-fives at the door.

Arrive & Check In

Walk up to reception, give us your name, grab your shoes and a towel. We'll show you the changing rooms and lockers.

10 min before

Bike Setup

One of our team will walk you through the bike — seat height, handlebar position, how to clip in. Five minutes, and you're sorted.

45 min

Ride It Out

Lights down. Music up. Your coach takes you through the journey — climbs, sprints, recoveries — all to the beat. Don't think, just ride.

15 min after

Cool Down & Connect

Stretch, refill your water, meet a few faces. Most riders hang around — and that's how you find your tribe.

If you're new to indoor cycling, start with Unity Ride. The coaching is slower, the resistance is lighter, and you'll get a proper bike-setup walkthrough. Once you've done a few, graduate to Fusion Ride. Save Power Hour for when you're ready to push.
No — we provide them free with every class, in sizes from EU 36 to 46. Just bring grippy socks. If you have your own SPD-compatible shoes, you're welcome to bring them.
Anything athletic and breathable — leggings or shorts, a moisture-wicking top, and a sports bra if applicable. The room runs cool, but you'll warm up fast. Avoid loose trousers; they catch in the cranks.
15 minutes before class starts. That gives you time to check in, change, lock your stuff up, set up your bike with our team, and get a sip of water before the lights drop. Late arrivals (more than 5 min after start) may have to skip the class — see our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Yes — cancel up to 8 hours before class through the Member Area and your credit returns to your account. Cancellations within 8 hours forfeit the credit. Full details in our Terms.
